Get to know Neurologist Dr. Roya Vakili, who serves patients in Manchester, New Hampshire.
A professional in the field of neurology, Dr. Vakili enjoys working with people to treat their medical and neurological problems so that they can become more functional and active. She believes that healing an individual is a team effort, so she collaborates with her patients and their families to gather as much information as possible, to educate them about their condition, and to provide the best support that she can. In 2018, she joined Dartmouth-Hitchcock Manchester, which is the largest multi-specialty physician group practice in southern New Hampshire. Dr. Vakili graduated with her medical degree from the Yale School of Medicine in 2003. Upon graduation, she served her internship at Ascension St. John Hospital in 2004, followed by her residency in neurology at Michigan State University – Sparrow Hospital in 2007. A year later, she completed her fellowship in neurophysiology at the University of Michigan Hospital. Subsequent to her education, the doctor attained board certification in neurology and epilepsy through the American Board of Neurology and Psychiatry (ABPN).
